I use three USB-C to HDMI adaptors regularly and they work well to monitors and
projectors.

• Apple multipart adaptor has USB-C, USB-A and HDMI holes.

• OMARS SuperPier has HDMI, VGA, RJ-45, USB-C and two USB-A holes.

• LANBO has HDMI and VGA holes.

The Apple adaptor is permanently at home with power plugged into the USB-C,
USB-A headphones in the USB-A and a ViewSonic monitor in the HDMI. I have
plugged it into a television, and it works. But, I usually don’t like the
picture on a television because they are often made with larger pixels on the
screen and look kind of fuzzy to me when I’m closer than a meter or so. (Maybe
a 4K TV is better.) I’ve also noticed that using a better HDMI cable makes a
difference.

The OMARS is in my backpack as part of my carry-around kit. I use it when
giving a talk somewhere and have hooked it to both VGA and HDMI projectors with
no problems. The video has come from either a MacBook Pro or an iPad Pro. I
have connected it to a television, and it works, but the usual TV fuzziness was
there.

The LANBO is in my office at work and I use it with both VGA and HDMI
projectors—most often VGA. The video has come from either a MacBook Pro or an
iPad Pro. I don’t think it’s ever been connected to a TV.

‌I thought they were voting for libertarian Republicans. But after some
soul-searching, I realized when they voted for Rand and Ron [Paul] and me in
these primaries, they weren’t voting for libertarian ideas. They were voting
for the craziest son of a bitch in the race. And Donald Trump won best in
class. — ‌Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY)
