Hi, trying to figure out BuildUrl -- looks like it's a good development practice to use it rather than hardcoded image.cfm? event=foo type stuff.
Is that right? should hardcoded URLs be deprecated? Is this the latest and greatest writeup (by Peter Farrell)? http://docs.google.com/Doc?id=dhjcwfn4_20fszzw3 Is there other documentation? Are there other "toplevel" functions like this for other purposes?
