I've just started looking at ColdSpring to help with managing
dependencies between my components within MachII, but I'm not exactly
sure that I get it just yet. I worked through a simple test using a
couple of simple CFCs that basically needed each other to support
specific methods. Then I wrote a listener that used the getProperty
method to retrieve the ColdSpring Bean Factory for one component and
it essentially all worked. My question is that is this "best
practice"? For some reason using the getProperty method inside of a
listener still doesn't feel right. Perhaps I'm being too anal (or too
stupid) to see this clearly, but I'm optimistically open to the fact
that I might just be missing something. Am I using ColdSpring the way
it was intended to be used with MachII?
