Because I have a very large application (nearly 300 database tables,
etc) I separate components by type. Service components go into one
directory, beans into another, etc. Although I like Matt's approach of
grouping by entity (user, products) from an aesthetic standpoint, I
find that it's cumbersome for large applications...just too many dang
directories to navigate.
