It's listed in the comments on the ticket, but use the attached hotfix by installing it in the CFIDE on the server information page. It's the blue (I) icon on the top right of the CFIDE. You install the hotfix by using the Update File field on this page. Be sure to clear the template cache (caching page in CFIDE) and then restart the server when you are finished. Clearing the template cache is very important or you will get this exception again when you restart the server.
