Its says .deb package. I though prebuild kernel would be the whole kernel with xenomai. Around some Gb's. By the way in short I have project where I need full RT support with Preempt in kernel level. Please don't mind as I have tried some ways searched from net. that didn't worked So If that .deb package serves the need.
