The vertical scrollbar problem definitely exists in 5.0, but it's
somewhat sporadic. If you reload, say, 10 times, you should be witness
to the problem 2-4 times. I *think* it happens more often if you have
the toolbar collapsed, but maybe that's just coincidence.
