I just noticed something in 5.1/10.0.4 (5.1b1 build 3408). When you open an image in the browser, and then open another, and then use the back button to view the image again, the title bar now includes the HxW twice. It will keep appending the HxW over and over again until the ellipses kick in, then it's difficult to tell what's happening.
