Weird Growth of Blank Space at End (IE5)

For some reason, under IE 5 (OS 9) it develops a huge growth of blank space
at the end (roughly the same size than the space which is used).

Any idea what's causing this?

It doesn't happen under Netscape. No idea if it happens under IE 5.1
