Greetings, I have a multi-part question for the list... 1) I have an iMac SE 400 (graphite) w/13gb hd &1 gig ram and a Pismo 400 w/12gb hd and 1 gig ram. 2) I would like to upgrade these hd's to at least 60gb due to the fact that I have at least 50 hrs of home video on vhs that I absolutely MUST transfer to cd. 3) Does anyone on the list have experience with the Dazzle Hollywood Bridge that supposedly allows the transfer from analog to digital? I am considering purchasing it to facilitate the transfer from VHS to CD. 4) Has anyone replaced the hd's in either or both of these machines and would you reccommend doing it by your self or taking it to an Apple service center? The svc cntr in State College PA wants $70 (US) to swap drives and all data for the imac. Does this sound reasonable?
