Hi Brendan, When you have Entourage running, go to the Tools menu and open up the Accounts window. Double click any one of the mail accounts you have listed and a configuration window opens. Click the Options tab and uncheck the box that says: "Leave a copy of each message on the server". That should take care of it. Cheers, John
