Hello, everyone. I've got a little bit of a problem here. After getting a used computer, I found that I had an Asante NIC PCI ethernet card installed, which was to my liking. After networking this computer (PowerPC 6500/300, OS 9.1) to another, however, I found that AppleTalk didn't recognize I had ethernet capabilities. I assume this is because I don't have the driver for the card (probably wiped it when I installed OS 9). However, upon visiting Asante's site and downloading the dirver, all I get is a .sit file that gives me various error messages upon decompressing. I was wondering if any of you happened to have the Asante NIC dirvers installed on your computer, and if so, if you could email me a copy (they should be somewhere in the 800K neighbourhood).
Thanks, Gage ______________________________________________________________________ Post your free ad now! http://personals.yahoo.ca -- MacNetwork is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
