I have tried, unsuccessfully, to hook my iMac (OS 9,2,1) and home network
(ethernet bridge to localTalk) at home with my LC III (OS7....6.1) and
PowerBook 1400 (OS 8.1) Networdk at work. I get the work computers to dial
home, the iMac to answer, they handshake, and then the iMac hangs up
leaving amessage at work saying the modems didn't connect.

Can anyone step me thorugh the process. Obviously, reading the on-line help
files didn't work, and even Mac OS 9 for Dummies didn't help
