Another solution to long url's is to use the program called "Iiny url" which
reduces them to a smaller one that obviates the problem. It's available on
a website at:
http://tinyurl.com/
Another handy thing is that you can put the tiny url on your favorites bar
making it easier to use. I use it all the time.
