well, that depends.  if only the quicksilver has 2 monitors, i'd only switch one with 
the kvm and leave the other one always connected to the quicksilver.  if both machines 
are dual monitor an extra monitor switch could be used, though you'd have to remember 
then to change both switches.  there may be dual monitor kvm units out there, but 
considering the price of a regular kvm switch it might be pretty steep, <l-com.com> 
would probably be the first place to check (not cheap but good) for a dual monitor 
kvm, if you need one, and any other type of cabling you could imagine.
