Web Server Running

I would like to thank everyone for helping me with my Webserver 
troubles.  I ended up just using port 81.  supposedly bellsouth does 
not block port 80, but 81 works, so I will stick with it.
Are there any utilities to monitor who has or is accessing my 
webserver? or a page counter.
What are some good books, etc. to learn quick html?
