I have an 8600 (OS9) and a G4 DP450 (10.2.8) that are hard-wired networked via a D-LInk Wireless Broadband Router. Occasionally I need to access something on the 8600, and I log onto the 8600 as a guest. Works great every time. Now I buy a 667 Tibook (10.2.8) with Airport. It's get internet thru the router perfectly, and it can see the G4, but it does not see the the 8600, which is where the files live that I want to migrate. Anyone have a guess what I am doing wrong?
