Sorry if my last posting came over as offensive. Not my intention! I had
something more humorous in view.
I still strongly believe they don't have bad luck but they still do
something wrong!
We (3 men, maintaining over 600 Macs) made a test last weekend.
32 customers, voluntary co-operating, 6 different lists, 11 different
providers. 
14 customers made a mistake.
After telling them how to read, no one failed.

About calling anybody illiterate and/or stupid and I will also add
uncivilized:
A person, thinking to solve his problems by posting 100 x or so FUCK to the
list, earns this qualifications!
You always can e-mail the listmom/nannies/dads directly.

Concerning your idea about where lists are for: I completely agree with you!
