I have been trying to use my 15" Al Powerbook on campus wirelessly. Our campus is set up to be fully wireless.
Every time I try to connect I am given the same IP address as someone else on the network! It tells me the IP address is in use by <mac address> from <IP>router.
I have heard some other Mac users on campus are having the same problem.
I use a Lucent Silver(Gold flash) card to connect. There is no encryption, but they do filter MAC addresses (I have a good MAC address).
People seem to have the same trouble with Airport cards too.

Thanks for any help!!

Pat
