Each session should have its own internal limit to the number of connections it opens to a given host; you can pin this using `HTTPMaximumConnectionsPerHost` (which is typically 4) but it’s also pinned by the internal workings on NSURLSession. It seems that this pin has come unstuck )-: How you modify `HTTPMaximumConnectionsPerHost` at all?
