You need to know the address of the outgoing (smtp?) mail server for that
"wireless connection in town". For instance, if the wireless connection was
with Comcast, such as mine, the server address might be:  smtp.comcast.net

Once you know that address, create a new mail account (from the Tools menu,
choose Accounts) with all the same settings as your other account, except
the outgoing server will be different. Give the mail account a different
name, such as "Town wireless" or "Town mail" and make sure that you choose
it as the "From" account in each mail message. Alternatively, when you are
in town, go to Accounts in the Tools menu and make it the default mail
account. Of course, when you are not in town, you will have to change it
back, or change the "From" in each message. Your choice.
