I’m a member of Apple Music.
I had iTunes in FS mode. I searched for a band under the “NEW” tab. Found the
band and elected to stream the 1st track.
I was greeted with an alert asking me to join Apple Music. But I’m already a
member.
Apple Music is working fine on my iPad and iPhone, so I assumed my iCloud login
expired or something.
Options were to CANCEL or JOIN. So I hit join.
It brings up a page allowing me to join, but there is a very small link saying
“Already a member?”
I clicked on that and nothing happened. There was an option to go my personal
library, so I clicked on that.
My library loaded, but then the full screen turned black leaving me with an
authentication panel for my iCloud account.
Unfortunately, the password field would not take keystrokes. The Cancel button
would not take a click.
I couldn’t escape FS mode.
I Force Quit iTunes and tried again.
It went into FS mode and the auth panel came up. Same problem.
I restarted my iMac and chose to NOT re-open windows.
I launched iTunes and it went into FS mode - same problem. Auth panel won’t
accept keystrokes and I can’t escape FS mode.

Is there a way I can blow away the FS preference for iTunes?
