I have a M1 Macbook Pro that is stuck at Ventura 13.1 and doesn't see the 13.3.1 update.
The Apple menu, "System Settings..." shows "1 update", but when I click on that and go into Settings, it says I'm at 13.1 and "Your Mac is up to date". Other M1 Macs in the lab are at Ventura 13.3.1.
