Yes, but it requires a running X window server, and it's butt, butt ugly 
set against the Aqua interface.

If that's a problem for you, there's a project called "Tiles" which 
claims to have implemented Tk with an Aqua interface, but I'm not sure 
if it would work with Perl/Tk.
