In some past installation of LWP, you agreed to let it install
/usr/bin/HEAD, which overwrote /usr/bin/head because of HFS+ case-folding.

You need to somehow restore the "head" command that was installed with
your version of OS X. I'm not sure of the best way to accomplish this, and
I don't have time to research it further right now.
