Can you run a 'port dependents ffmpeg' to see which port brought it

ffmpeg @15261_2+a52+darwin_i386 (active)
ffmpeg-devel @15943_1+darwin_i386

port dependant ffmpeg
gegl depends on ffmpeg
sox depends on ffmpeg

port dependents gegl
gimp2 depends on gegl

port dependents gtk2 libopenraw depends on gtk2
gconf depends on gtk2
gegl depends on gtk2
gnome-keyring depends on gtk2
libglade2 depends on gtk2
libgnomecanvas depends on gtk2
libbonoboui depends on gtk2
poppler depends on gtk2
py25-gtk depends on gtk2
gtk-nodoka-engine depends on gtk2
gtkimageview depends on gtk2
xsane depends on gtk2
opencv depends on gtk2
wireshark depends on gtk2

So installing gtk2 will install gegl which will install ffmpeg.
Very strange! But still possible in a computer world :)

I think you're reading this wrong. gegl depends on ffmpeg and gtk2 but gtk2 does not depend on gegl.

installing gegl will install ffmpeg and gtk2
