Well actually the blocking factor at the moment seems to be the macosforge infrastructure changes. After that I believe the plan is to set up a buildbot for running MPAB, and once that's running it shouldn't be too hard to write a script that decides whether a port's license is known good and allows syncing the archive to a download location.
