I was wondering why the port_binary_distributable.tcl script checks the licenses for depends_build/depends_lib instead of depends_lib/depends_run dependencies? Non-distributable or confliciting licenses in build time dependencies should not affect the distributability of a port contrary to non-distributable/conflicting licenses in run-time dependencies.
