Ticket 33295 which upgrades pdb2pqr to v1.8 should be cancelled
(which I don't see an option to do on the web page) until pymol's
apbs-tools.py is modified to be compatible with pdb2pqr 1.8.
My testing was flawed in that the pdb2pqr 1.7 installed in /sw
was accessed by the apbs-tools.py script of pymol rather than
the one in /opt/local. Thanks in advance.
