Since this changed the name of the dylib installed by libmpc to
/opt/local/lib/libmpc.3.dylib
ports linking against this library should be rev-bumped. Those are on my
system:
gcc45, gcc46 and avr-gcc.
Rev-upgrade says:
Could not open /opt/local/lib/libmpc.2.dylib: Error opening or reading
file (referenced from /opt/local/libexec/gcc/x86_64-apple-darwin11/4.5.4/cc1)
