The ports slaves are running in the same VMs as the corresponding base
slaves, so yes they have the same Xcode and OS versions. The MacPorts
version you see when base is built depends entirely on which branch is
being built. That has nothing to do with the MacPorts version used when
building ports, which is always the current release.
