Hi Brad, this is a long standing issue, but to my understanding the necessity to start dbus’ launch daemon with “sudo”, as underlined in its port notes: --- ---> Activating dbus @1.8.12_0
############################################################################ # Startup items have been generated that will aid in # starting dbus with launchd. They are disabled # by default. Execute the following commands to start them, # and to cause them to launch at startup: # # sudo launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchDaemons/org.freedesktop.dbus-system.plist # launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchAgents/org.freedesktop.dbus-session.plist ############################################################################ --- isn’t needed anymore - already since quite some time! Or, am I missing something? Greets, Marko _______________________________________________ macports-dev mailing list [email protected] https://lists.macosforge.org/mailman/listinfo/macports-dev
