Notes are not displayed until after a port is installed, so this won't help the
user.
Further, ports are not supposed to rely on (nor make use of) the effects of
"port select"; the select mechanism is supposed to be only for the user's
convenience outside of MacPorts.
Please fix the port so it installs properly with wxWidgets-3.0 even when
wxWidgets-3.0 is not selected.
