I don't think there is any reason to treat 5.20 as a special case. The goal has been to switch to perl5.22 and remove support for any earlier versions. We've had six months experience with 5.22 with no major problems so I don't see any reason to keep 5.20 around after 5.16 and 5.18 have been removed.
