That’s interesting! I have some tools and a wrapper that I use on a daily 
basis, I’m gonna talk about it on the MacPorts Meeting, but the sources are 
here: https://github.com/g5pw/port-wrapper. could be used as an 
inspiration/starting point for a discussion!
