Hi,
I created hdf5-18 in r147799 for the packages that have problems with hdf5.
Binaries: ${prefix}/bin/*-18
Headers: ${prefix}/include/hdf5-18
Libraries: ${prefix}/lib/hdf5-18
With netcdf (r147780) I had to set HDF5_INCLUDE_DIR, HDF5_C_LIBRARIES and
HDF5_HL_LIBRARIES manually otherwise hdf5 is found by
${prefix}/share/cmake-3.5/Modules/FindHDF5.cmake.
HDF5_C_LIBRARY and HDF5_HL_LIBRARY are used in netcdf’s CMakeLists.txt during
the configuration.
