Remember that now that we've moved to GitHub, referencing "#54196" in a commit 
message refers to *pull request* 54196. To refer to *ticket* 54196, use the 
ticket's complete Trac URL. Put this on a line by itself with a word in front 
of it like "Closes" so that Trac will automatically close the ticket.
