Whatever it's been doing recently has been with the "Automatically manage connection settings" checkbox being checked, so I guess we have to tell people not to check that box. When I uncheck the box, I get a text box for filling in a port which is already set to 587 and a checkbox "Use TLS/SSL" which is already checked. If this message goes through, then I guess that fixed it.
