Ever since the switch to Apple Silicon MacPorts has been short on hardware 
resources, because you can’t just pull out an old Xserve and run arm64 macOS on 
it. Iirc there was also binary/code redistribution licensing issues (especially 
if virtulization is involved).
But they are accepting donations I think, could be wrong but I think another 
Mac mini should be all they need for an arm64 Sequoia builder.
