Thank you Dave and Herby for reporting this. All curl files were present but only some were registered to the port. I don't know how that happened. I've uninstalled the curl port and manually removed the remaining files. When no builds are happening I'll check if any other stray files are present. I'll identify all the builds that failed due to this and retry building those ports.
