Havning not been able to find any solutions, I tried using the system
installed perl libs instead of the macports provided ones.
I installed the necessary perl libs for postgrey to work via cpan
(install IO::Multiplex Net::Server). Started postgrey with macports
relevant paths, and it all worked...
So it does seem to be a compatibility issue with the installed libs by
macports.
