Hello, First, let me say that i am a huge fan of Ion, and I am delighted to be able to use it with OSX. Thanks to all who have contributed to making this possible.
I have just upgraded to the new version of ion3 (20070203), but I am having two major usability issues. 1) The Ion title-bar is totally hidden by the OSX menu-bar. 2) Ion's focus-follows-mouse now allows it to take focus even when a non-X11 application is in the foreground. For example, if I am using a native OSX application, and my mouse strays past its border, an Ion frame will immediately rise to the front, obscuring whatever application I was using. I would really appreciate a fix for either of these issues, or any advice on how to fix them myself.
