That's not the directory it's talking about. Does the directory /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_graphics_dcmtk exist? If so, what's in it? If not, does the directory /opt/local/var/macports/logs exist?
