With Perl5.12 installed the following command: >cgh-418 rsw3284$ !480 bp_seqfeature_load.pl -d Ncrassa_cgh_418 -p supercrassa -c 418-revised2.gff
works like a charm. However, after installing perl5.12+threads the same command: >cgh-418 rsw3284$ !480 bp_seqfeature_load.pl -d Ncrassa_cgh_418 -p supercrassa -c 418-revised2.gff gives us the following error: == Can't locate DBI.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /opt/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.12.1/darwin-thread-multi-2level /opt/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.12.1 /opt/local/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.12.1/darwin-thread-multi-2level /opt/local/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.12.1 /opt/local/lib/perl5/5.12.1/darwin-thread-multi-2level /opt/local/lib/perl5/5.12.1 .) at /opt/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.12.1/Bio/DB/SeqFeature/Store/DBI/mysql.pmline 155. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /opt/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.12.1/Bio/DB/SeqFeature/Store/DBI/mysql.pmline 155. Compilation failed in require at (eval 42) line 2. at /opt/local/bin/bp_seqfeature_load.pl line 101 == If I uninstall perl5.12+threads and re-install perl5.12 the same command works like a charm While perl5.12+threads is installed I tried re-installing DBI.pm, but that did not help Is this a bug or a feature?
