You just posted this notice half an hour after I noticed the problem
and semi-solved it by adding
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/usr/bin/
to PATH, but I didn't actually try to build anything yet and clang is
not there, but under
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Toolchains/XcodeDefault.xctoolchain/usr/bin
instead.
(But I didn't yet try to install command line tools with my account
and I still have the old Xcode which left the tools at the old place.)
