My /Library does contain Python 2.3 2.5 2.6 2.7 however despite that I place
the hl7 into
/Library/Python/2.6/site-packages
it does not get seen (maybe is not included) in / by the PYTHONPATH employed by
the MacPorts python which currently
which python
returns /opt/local/bin/python (which resolves to -> /opt/local/bin/python2.6)
beyond which I could use some pointer how to further resolve this.
