Missing dependency p5-convert-binhex added to p5-mime-tools (home of 
MIME::Decoder::BinHex) in r143432.  Listed as an
optional but recommended dependency upstream but apparently required.

Looking at the /etc/amavisd.conf issue.  The default configuration file is 
actually installed at
/opt/local/etc/amavisd.conf.
