Missing dependency p5-convert-binhex added to p5-mime-tools (home of MIME::Decoder::BinHex) in r143432. Listed as an optional but recommended dependency upstream but apparently required. Looking at the /etc/amavisd.conf issue. The default configuration file is actually installed at /opt/local/etc/amavisd.conf.
