I recently started using the sources mirror at 
sea.us.rsync.macports.org. I noticed today that it looks stuck, with 
nothing changed since 8/5/16. I sent an email to mir...@pnnl.gov (as 
suggested by the message during syncing), I but wanted to report it here 
also.
