I want to use py-pip (as a substitute for pip) to install a python package. I already have:
% sudo port installed | grep py-pip py-pip @22.3.1_0 (active) But If I enter “py-pip” (without the quotes, of course) at the command-line, I get: % py-pip zsh: command not found: py-pip (Same thing if I try “py-pip —help”, “py-pip —version”, or “py-pip install [package name]._ The python package I’m trying to install is pyobjc, for which no separte MacPorts port seems to exist. Environment: MacPorts 2.8.0 under macOS Ventura 13.0.1. --- Murray Eisenberg murrayeisenb...@gmail.com Mobile (413)-427-5334 503 King Farm Blvd #101 Rockville, MD 20850-6667
