I've noticed that since the Ventura update in October I've had to build all packages locally instead of downloading archives from packages.macports.org. The logs show that it's looking for darwin_22 versions of each package, but there are none available.

Just curious, how long does it usually take for the new archives to become available? I looked around in the wiki and issue tracker, but I couldn't find any hints at how this usually works.

My understanding from prior answers on this list to exactly this question is that there is no known date yet and the sticking point is someone contributing a suitable machine to the build farm.

So, do not hold your breath waiting...
